我新买的电脑，宏基E-471G，开机20分钟左右就开始卡，任务管理器中的这个进程（intel technology access service）占用内存很大，什么原因？有什么解决办法？

一.intel technology access service进程的作用这是intel的一个服务，主要有以下作用向浏览器提供当前的屏幕状态（如方向，屏幕分辨率，平板/桌面模式等）提供windows系统需要的一些其它信息此服务用于支持触摸屏操作二.建议请勿停止此进程（服务）,否则可能导致相关功能失效（例如无法自动旋转屏幕，插上键盘无法自动切换为桌面模式等）参考:，Intel官方论坛上的相关问题，有详细解释(英文)，为方便阅读，以下附上相关内容Thank you for your inquiry.Intel®Technology Access exposes the 2-in-1 sensor and display setting detection to the browser applications using web services. The 2-in-1 sensor determines the mode of a device (for example: tablet mode or clamshell mode). 没啥用的垃圾进程，干掉就可以了

没影响，不过这个东西可以提高相关组件性能，没什么号停掉的

好了，就是intel(R)开头的那几个进程，直接干掉就OK
我的问题和你的类似，是前几天更新之后出现的，电脑开机一段时间后就开始光标卡顿，不管是鼠标和触摸板控制，内存占用倒不是很大，最后是师兄发现了intel technology access service这个进程，在“计算机管理”-”服务“里把”Intel(R) Technology Access“改为”手动“，今天刚解决，不知道会不会有其他影响。
另外我发现在一个英文win8论坛里大家也在讨论这个问题，这个问题好像还挺普遍，应该就是和3月的更新有关，基本上都是关掉intel technology access service来解决，但是不要卸载，因为有人把intel technology access卸载了，电脑上不了网了
