亮：费祎良实，志虑忠纯，是以先帝简拔以遗陛下。愚以为宫中之事，事无大小，悉以咨之，然后施行，必能裨补阙漏，有所广益。
陈寿：费祎宽济而博爱，承诸葛之成规，因循而不革，是以边境无虞，邦家和一，然犹未尽治小之宜，居静之理也。
裴松之：费为相，克遵画一，未尝徇功妄动，有所亏丧，外却骆谷之师，内保宁缉之实，治小之宜，居静之理，何以过于此哉！今讥其未尽而不着其事，故使览者不知所谓也。
虞喜：昔魏人伐蜀，蜀人御之，精严垂发，六军云扰，士马擐甲，羽檄交驰，费祎时为元帅，荷国任重，而与来敏围棋，意无厌倦。敏临别谓祎：“君必能办贼者也。”言其明略内定，貌无忧色，况长宁以为君子临事而惧，好谋而成者。且蜀为蕞尔之国，而方向大敌，所规所图，唯守与战，何可矜己有余，晏然无戚？斯乃性之宽简，不防细微，卒为降人郭修所害，岂非兆见于彼而祸成于此哉？
宋 陆游《入蜀记》卷五：「黄鹤楼，旧传费祎飞升于此，后忽乘黄鹤来归。故以名楼，号为天下绝景。」[编辑本段]费祎墓
费祎死后，后主刘禅根据他对汉室所建的功勋，谥赠“城乡敬侯”，并为其举行国葬；将其安葬于汉寿城西门外社稷坛南边。并勒石竖碑镌刻：“汉尚书令费公敬侯之墓”。经千年风雨泯蚀，其碑字迹斑驳。清光绪三十三年(公元1907年)，县令吴光耀又重立一碑，其字由其十一岁长女吴正敬书写。碑文字迹浸润童女的娟秀，一派聪慧之气。是不可多得的石刻珍品。
费公逝后的许多年间，昭化的父老乡亲为其整修墓冢，造祠：立坊，以表敬念之情。雍正十三年，果亲王入蜀时，为费公特书“深谋卓识”四个大字，并勒石立碑立于费公祠前。这所有的一切均被“文革”扫荡一空。唯有孤碑残墓尚存。
现在的费祎墓仅存土半堆，高约3米，墓碑二块，一题“汉尚书令费公敬侯墓”，一题“蜀汉大将军录尚书事成乡敬候费祎之墓”。旁立“文武官员至此下马”石碑。现在当地的老百姓还亲切的称他为费大将军。
