was remembered in Brooklyn Saturday, with hundreds of friends, family and cast members gathering for the service.
The event was held at Scarpaci Funeral Home and lines for the visitation stretched around the block. "Mob Wives" stars Carla Facciolo, Drita D'Avanzo and Renee Graziano were in attendance as well as Ang's estranged husband Neil Murphy, who was one of the first to arrive.
There will be a total of 4 visitation services held for Ang this weekend with a private funeral on Monday. As TMZ reported, Ang after a battle with stage 4 cancer ... she was 55.

A lucky bidder is going home with 's hair -- some of the most famous locks to hit the auction block -- and he paid big bucks for them.
Heritage Auction in Dallas had the 4-inch chunk of Lennon's hair after a hairdresser cut it off before his role in a 1967 movie called, "How I Won The War."  According to reports, Paul Fraser, a UK-based memorabilia collector was the highest bidder at $35k.
$35k might seem like a lot of money to the average Joe ... but as far a Lennon memorabilia goes, it's loose change. His '65 Rolls Royce Phantom V sold for $2.23 million and lyrics to "All You Need is Love" netted $1.25 million.
That's some expensive hair.

Justice Scalia was honored in Washington D.C. Saturday ... with thousands gathering to mourn the loss of the heart and soul of the conservative justices. 
Scalia's son Paul delivered Mass at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in D.C. Every current member of the Supreme Court sat in the front row and Justice Clarence Thomas participated in the service.
President Obama was not in attendance -- something he's taking heavy criticism from Republican for -- however, he and first lady Michelle paid their respects on Friday at the Supreme Court Building.
Donald Trump was quick to attack Obama for the no-show, tweeting, "I wonder if President Obama would have attended the funeral of Justice Scalia if it were held in a Mosque? Very sad that he did not go!"
As TMZ reported ... Scalia died in his on a hunting trip in Texas. He was 79-years-old.

Britney Spears has SHOCKED EVERYONE... she looks COMPLETELY UNRECOGNIZABLE now -- What did she do?!

PST -- Rob has released an apology, saying, "Please understand that although is it no excuse, I was completely unaware that in Australia there is a polarizing social issue happening right now involving indigenous people and alcohol. I'm sitting here in my hotel room completely gutted that a joke that I made was much more relevant to the times in Australia than I realized ... I feel like a fool and apologize to all Australians." found himself in a heap of trouble in Oz ... making a highly offensive remark towards Aboriginal Australians. 
The former Matchbox 20 front man was in Melbourne Friday and when talking about his flight over says, "I drink til I think I'm Australian." Rob continues, "And then I keep drinking til I think I'm a black Australian." A big no-no considering the history and current struggle of alcohol abuse among natives. 
You can hear a collective groan and even some boos from the crowd after the remark. We're guessing Rob didn't mean any harm, but one things for sure ... people were upset.
We've reached out to Rob for comment ... so far, no word back.

A video of a young
being arrested during a civil rights protest will no doubt help him blunt criticism that he wasn't really a civil rights activist.
The 1963 video shows the then 21-year-old University of Chicago student being arrested on the southside of Chicago during a segregation protest.
A senior advisor for Sanders confirmed the guy being arrested is indeed the presidential candidate.

Joanna Krupa can rest a little easier knowing the wolf she so desperately wanted to save has been captured and is headed to a sanctuary.
TMZ broke the story ... Krupa was on a mission to help what she believed was a part-dog part-wolf hybrid named Princess loose in the Hollywood Hills, even feeding it from her hand. Turns out the hard work paid off because she was captured on Saturday.
According to Krupa, Princess was bleeding so she's headed to a vet to be checked out before being sent to be with her mate at the Lockwood Animal Sanctuary. 
No more cryin' wolf for Krupa. 
is challenging the judge who sentenced him to more than 15 years in prison, arguing that he's being punished in part for his fantasies ... and fantasies are not a crime.
Fogle's lawyers are appealing the sentence on several grounds, claiming the judge had no right to exceed the maximum sentencing guideline -- around 13 years.
The lawyers note the judge who sentenced Fogle said, "This defendant is obsessed with child pornography and having sex with minors. He fantasized about it in telephone conversations."
Fogle's attorneys say fantasies should not form the basis of a criminal sentence. They quote another court decision, which says, "We are loath to give the government the power to punish us for our thoughts and not our actions."
According to Fogle's lawyers, the fantasies and "requests to third parties" were never acted upon by Fogle, yet they were relied on by the judge in imposing the sentence.
Fogle wants the appeals court to give him another sentencing hearing, where his actions -- not his thoughts -- are front and center.
