英国英语（British English或UK English，简称BE、UK-E）又称英式英语，简称：英音。是在（英国）使用的一种英语形式。它在是最主要的语言。
英国英语简介
英国英语（British EBrE），又称英式英语，主要是指居住在上的(England)人的英语规则，为英国本土及英联邦国家的官方语言。 英式英语并非为所有认同。在某些非英格兰地区，特别是 、与爱尔兰，主张不同方言之共存。他们认为强行统一英语等于无理羞辱。然而，对于而言，他们不过将方言的进化看得太严肃。英式英语也是英格兰人高贵优雅的象征，以其板正清晰的发音特色受到了很多英语学习者的喜爱。
英国英语发展
历史上，英语之所以世界通行，全都是因为的势力，且最有代表影响力的英国英语(RP，Received Pronunciation，较常译为：被一般大众所接受的发音。受过教育的非方言英语，在英国主要的：牛津、流行，是各寄宿学校教育用英语和电台、电视用英语)，又称&英国腔&，但仍然有许多国家却不这么认为(特别是美国) 。
从二十世纪中叶至今，英语的发扬光大，是因为美国在世界上占领经济、军事与政治的优势，世界也认为美国英语是目前最重要的语言。特别是许多美国文化产品 (例如：电影、 书籍、 音乐) 活跃在全世界，大量取代了其他英语系国家的产品。
英国英语仍然是许多英联邦国家的官方语言，包括澳大利亚、以及印度，在 欧盟里也一样。英国英语在前英国殖民地香港也继续使用。
英国英语分类
在上，英语主要可分为下列的类别：
英语—英格兰的主要语 主要发音：Received Pronunciation[（RP音 标准发音/女王音）]伦敦音等。
英语—受苏格兰语影响的方言。
英语—受威尔士语影响的方言。
中欧斯特英语 与 希伯诺英语 (即爱尔兰英语)—受影响的方言。 (爱尔兰人基本都会说的语言, 特别在，大多数的人认为有别于英国英语。)
英国英语对手
一直以来，英国人瞧不起其他英语变体，认为其英式英语才是正宗英语（英语最大的两类变体：英国英语And美国英语 Ps：两种发音都是正确的、对的，没有谁就是正宗的。）。但第一次世界大战之后，美国国力大增，美式英语开始成为英式英语的竞争对手。特别是第二次世界大战以后，美国的大众传播媒介迅速发展，美式英语对英式英语产生了重大冲击，尤其是美音和美词在英式英语的发音和拼写中的影响有增无减。其实在整个现代英语的发展过程中，美式英语与英式英语是相互影响，相互促进的，但总的看来现今前者对后者的影响是主要的。
一些学者预言英式英语与美式英语的差异将会越来越大；他们担忧未来英美人士之间很可能听不懂对方的英语。其实这种担忧是多余的，因为这两大英语变体的基本要素几乎是相同的，它们维护着英语的共核(common core)。正如中国知名学者教授曾经指出的那样：虽然美式英语与英式英语在语音、词汇和语法等方面存在着一些差异，但由于它们的相同之处远远大于不同之处，所以不会影响英语表达的规范性；因此，这些差异不会妨碍美英人士彼此交际和交流思想。[1]

YYeTs名称的含义是这样的“YY”倒过来就是中文的 “人人”.然而“Enjoy TV Shows” 意思自然就是享受电视节目在百度百科上看到的
