重启了不行。是这样的,前天我用wdcp的关闭网站功能把网站给关了,那时候还正常,打开网站是403错误,之后我发现网站本身也有关闭功能(destoon),我就用wdcp把网站打开,然后用destoon后台的关闭功能关闭网站,对它这个功能不太满意,就又打开了,然后重新用wdcp关闭就不再也关不住了、重启也不行
