What is exhibition?　Exhibition is an industry without smoke stacks, a non-polluting green industry.
With China's reform in the last 30 plus years, exhibitions have grown from small to large scale.
Economic benefits of exhibitions have increased year over year in all large cities, and have promoted and highlighted local economic development.
But problems also arose with the rapid expansion of exhibitoin-related industries.
Exhibitions need to be more globally minded, more professional, more scaleable and more focused.
Instead, exhibition planners pay too much attention on promotion, but neglected to create good experience for their customers.
Exhibition promoters show off their own brands without generating buy-in from their customers.
There needs to be more interactions with the customers, and to move the consumers from merely buyers to promoting partners.
These issues have caused bottleneck for the growth of exhibition industry.
Research into interactive experience within exhibition industry therefore has important theoretical and practical signifiance.
This article is a research of the interactive experience areas of exhibitions, describing their current situations and analyzing best practices of integrating interactive experience areas within the exhibitions.
