KPMG Corporate Finance has an international network of 3,500 professionals which spans 35 countries and 91 branches. This combined with our level of deal activity and deep sector knowledge has given us great exposure to a wide range of industry and global markets. KPMG Corporate Finance advises clients across a range of product areas including full range of financial advisory services in relation to Acquisition, Tradesale, Merger and JV setup, disposal, and Capital Raising.
Responsibilities
-- Support the structuring and execution of transactions, including equity fundraising, Joint Venture Set-up, Acquisitions, and D
--Conduct detailed financial / pricing analysis using mainstream pricing methodologies, including net asset approach, discounted cash flow and comparable analysis.
--Analyse and monitor changes in dynamics and regulatory environment of selected sectors (such as industrial products and consumer products) in PRC
--Prepare pitch books, information memorandums, etc
--Assisting client in preparing transaction documents
--Assist clients in due diligence exercises
--Participate in client meetings and provide negotiation support during transaction process
--Frequent travelling to work on cross-border M&A assignments
Experience and skills
--Excellent academic background preferably with a professional qualification in accounting/ statutory valuation/Financial analysis. Holders of CPA, CPV and CFA are preferential.
--Minimum of 3 years’ accounting/financial analysis/investment banking related experience acquired with prestigious banks, professional firms and corporations
--Solid corporate finance knowledge and skills on valuation/pricing techniques, DCF, Comparable Company/Transaction Multiples,etc
--Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
--Good analytical, problem solving and presentation skills
