神木垒，感觉最近突然一下火了起来。可能是自己没怎么关注的原因吧。。这次去神木垒比较突然，比较临时。所以没有做好相关的攻略，也没有订房间等等，只是在川分上发帖求助和站内PM去过的TX，帮助那是相当大的，基本上一路畅通直达目的地。
关于神木垒，其实不需要太多说啥子，很多同学都去过或者都了解过了。心境即风景。这话不假，我喜欢原生态一点的，自然一点的地方，没有过度的人工开发的地方。神木垒，就是这个地方，至少现在是。去神木垒的路线很简单，如果像我们这样直奔主题的或者时间不算太充裕的人来说，选择走成雅高速最好。从成都上成雅高速，在多营出口下，路上的提示牌并不算多，沿着S210省道即可，途经天全，宝兴等地。。这里要注意一点：多营下高速沿S210没走多久就可以看到类似于桁架一样的东西架在路上面，这里请减速，具体多少不知道 反正我以60的速度还是遭闪了，奇怪的是相关仪器均为报警，而且有些车的速度比我快却没有遭闪。。。不知道异地违章咋个办 。。。过了这个测速，没多久就可以看到加油站了，加油站旁边有一家叫“永久鲢鱼”的饭店，推荐，味道、分量、价格还是比较厚道的。我们因为到那个地方的时候才10点不到，所以选择直接去神木垒。。
这里有个小小的贴士-----关于住------如果你没有提前在神木垒景区订好房间的话，那建议早上8点前就走成都出发，这样到神木垒也就下午2点过3点的样子，那时的风景还不错，然后耍个2个小时就可以下山了。因为最近是旺季，如果你没有在景区订房间的话，那么就需要原路返回至宝兴县内找住的，这也是我为何要说最好早上8点前就要出发，因为这样的话你走神木垒下山的时候天色还不算晚。。事实上，我很庆幸这次没有提前订房，因为景区内的房价太贵了，不带厕所的标间居然喊价320。。。。后来索性开车回宝兴。但是宝兴县城内的房间还是非常的难找，因为确实接待量不是太多。万幸的是我们找到一家，居然是德庄开的。价格厚道，220，带卫生间标间，环境干净，空调、电热毯、24小时热水一应俱全，比较扯的是居然还有个台式机，我观察了一下其他房间，貌似都不如我们这间。。难道是VIP套间
。。。而且这家老板很好，我们只是口头上说了哈报我们留一间，他居然就一直给我们留着，有其他人想要他都没给，停车这些不太方便，但是老板还是尽量给你找巴士的地方停起，好让我们睡个安稳的懒觉。。那个旅店的联系电话是（8，地址在宝兴县顺城街133号。这个绝对不是打广告，有些东西，别人厚道，那么我们也该做点什么（我们4个人，投下来一个人55，划算）。宝兴有个特点，旅店一旦客满，外面的灯箱就会关掉。我们当时去找房间的时候很多都关了，到了最后单间不带厕所都要200。。。再后来，连200的单间都没得了 那些没找到住的地方只好到洗脚房睡睡，洗脚房100一人次收钱。。。。所以我说我们住的那个店店的老板还不错。PS：就算是宝兴县一个比较不错的酒店，别个的标间都才标438。。。神木垒的居然要320，还不带卫生间。。。。万幸没在那上面住。
说说去神木垒的路况，总体来说不错，不拥堵。但是路不宽 弯多，货车多。对驾驶技术有一定的要求。上神木垒景区内的停车场简直就是手动挡的噩梦啊（之前打成自动挡了 不好意思）。。。。等哈详细说

为啥是噩梦阿? 进景区哪个地方坡道陡，海拔不算低，快3K了，我的1.6的手动高尔夫非常吃力 不排除个人的技术问题 反正老爸说是我的技术。。1档都拉到块4K了 速度有个30的样子 一换2当马上没得动力了。。。。

注意车速就是了，这种路 我开上50多60就不敢再继续了。。有些川A的车完全是当高速在跑。这里不得不说一下，有些川A司机的素质和水平确实有够烂。有一盘超我，结果对面车道突然串个大货车出来，要不是我踩一脚老刹车，估计要嘛他和大货车对撞 要么和我撞。。回成都的时候高速在修路，指路牌 提示牌写得清楚得很，结果在快车道哦，快车道哦，我前面一个车子突然就一火刹停了，原因是他在看路牌。。。当时因为本来车速不算太快 80公里的样子，车距差不多也就几十米 硬是差点追尾的嘛。。。。而且他停了半天不走。。。。。

上山的路。。路况很好 但是因为基本上是上坡 弯也多 控制一下速度就是了。。途中有几段百八米的路有点烂 但是还不至于托底，有时只能单边放行，没人指挥 全靠自觉和素质

　　雅安宝兴县食药监管局扎实开展药品监管工作，确保硗碛藏寨&神木垒景区创建国家4A级旅游景区顺利通过评定。
　　一是提高认识，加强组织领导。宝兴县食药监管局成立了以局长任组长、各分管副职为副组长的领导小组，制定了《旅游景区药品安全监管方案》、《旅游景区食品药品安全事故应急预案》，确保组织到位、人员到位、工作落实到位。
　　二是强化措施，加强日常监管。督促食品经营者落实主体责任， 严格落实进货查验和索证索票等制度要求， 把好旅游食品经营的进货、储存、销（制）售和退市关口，严厉查处旅游食品经营各类违法违规行为，规范食品经营行为，积极推动旅游食品诚信经营。
　　三是严格值班值守制度，强化应急处置工作。县局严格执行24小时领导带班和值班制度，确保有群众投诉举报，能及时受理，发生食品药品安全事故，迅速启动应急预案，及时处理。
　　在硗碛藏寨&神木垒景区创建国家4A级旅游景区期间，县局共出动执法人员117人次，检查食品药品经营单位213家次，规范经营行为26起。
