我选C首先要清楚什么是结论，在这里结论就是涨工资不会导致通货膨胀，依据是仅有一小部分人的收入现在低于5.5，其实说白了就是大部分人收入都高于5.5，所以即使将最低工资提高到5.5，也不会有什么大影响，问你削弱结论，就是大部分人工资低于5.5，所以最低工资提高到5.5有很大影响，通过削弱论据来削弱结论，C选项对应的很好，就是答案！

但是题目说了

只有很小一部分的人工资小于5.5
不是和C矛盾吗

应该是，最小工资的涨了，比最小工资高的也要随着最小工资上涨，所以大家工资都会涨，所以会有影响。
