rain是名词，放进去句意不通。
It's rainy!下雨天。如：It's windy! It's cloudy! 都表示一种天气！
而It's raining! 则是一种状态，天空在下雨。
根据句意，还有look这个表示现在进行的动词，还是用raining比较好：看，在下雨！
