面对日益嚣张的“APP破解版”，“苹果”如何破解？
伴随苹果iOS的新版本发布，一定会有越狱版本出来，差异只是时间长短的问题。从法律角度来说，美国《数字千年版权法》和中国《信息网络传播权保护条例》都将&iPhone&越狱行为判定为合法行为，一定程度上也给越狱团队较好的庇护。从企业的角度，苹果一方对越狱的态度也有当初的一贯打压，并坚持强化自身的安全防御层级，增加iOS系统的破解难度之外，同时也伴随苹果的开放之路而有所妥协，似乎在探求更好的平衡点。而另一端，也就是用户角度，对越狱的态度争议也较大，尤其是在免费模式盛行的国内，越狱版本相当受部分苹果用户欢迎。中国的文字向来博大精深，有很多同意和近义词，但深究往往也蛮有区别。结合最近的一则新闻来看，则就更加有意思。App保护解决方案供应商Arxan公司近日公布了其年度移动App安全报告。该报告显示：排名前100位的付费苹果iOS应用当中，有87%的App已被黑客破解。被破解之后，这些原本需要花钱购买的付费应用，现在不用付费也能下载使用。前文提到美中两国现行法律都支持针对iOS系统的越狱合法，原因在于苹果公司为了系统的安全性及销售策略而强制牺牲用户的功能体验和应有的权利，是不受法律保护的，必须允许用户追求应有的功能体验权。而Arxan公司报告里面提及的“有87%的APP已被黑客破解”，笔者认为则另当别论了。尽管“越狱”和“破解”在中文里面某些场合可以视为近义词甚至同义词，但显然针对iOS8系统的“越狱”和针对APP的“破解”行为不应该画上等号。“越狱”是保护用户体验和权益，而针对APP的“破解”行为显然侵犯了原有APP拥有方的版权，甚至经济收益。因为很多原本App&Store里面收费的用户在被“破解”之后就直接免费了，此种“破解”就可以划归“盗版”行列了。既然违法，但为何屡禁不止？首先从法律监管的角度来看，本来就是一个浩大的工程，尤其是在对知识产权保护还在比较薄弱，仍然在日益完善的国家。比苹果APP破解版本更有名或者更甚的情况应该首推微软的Office系列软件，微软方一直希望大力打击，也和中国的政府部门开展了多次联合行动，但效果甚微，尤其是针对个人用户，难有起色。毕竟除了监管，也和整个大环境的知识产权保护意识不无关系。另外因为一些竞品走的免费模式，加之近年来微软发展的颓势，某种程度上微软也听之任之，甚至开始在移动终端推行免费版。但另一方面，根据近期Arxan公司显示，移动金融应用程序的破解量最大，约有70%的应用被破解；零售商应用程序中，35%已被破解。显然黑客正在瞄准成长迅速的B2C零售应用程序进行破坏，如支付钱包等应用，以及B2B商户的应用程序。显然此举可能给用户带来安全隐患，尽管某种程度上说，用户如若自行选择了iOS系统“越狱”，进而再选择APP破解版，用户要自行承担风险。但作为企业，显然要尽量地保护处于弱势地位的用户，毕竟用户贪图享受“破解版”是因为其免费，甚至有的用户不知道其为破解版，但可能对破解版里面植入的一些非法程序，比如木马程序，病毒程序等可能一无所知。苹果的权衡之路对于iOS系统“越狱”，甚至是“APP破解版”，苹果并非完全没有办法。比如苹果可以联合运营商封号，甚至更狠的招数是据说苹果公司能实现让手机变“砖”，“苹果砖”。但显然苹果公司并没有这么做，而且即使想做也很难实施，毕竟损人不利己的事儿，运营商、用户也都不乐意。2014年以来苹果的以系列举动，无论是近期的与手机号解绑，还是先前iOS&8发布会上，苹果方做出的众多改变，甚至借鉴Android的做法，引入第三方输入法、加入归属地显示等等都表明苹果在变得越来越开放。近期，开展了新促销：多款应用只需1元。或许和“破解版”没有必然联系，但或许也是一种关联尝试或者试探。尤其是针对免费大行其道的国内商业环境，也许苹果应该多聆听中国用户的心声，毕竟中国市场份额之重已经不可忽略。安全和开放，某种程度上可以类比矛和盾，两者都是企业所追求的目标，可惜双方往往只能此消彼长，企业一直都在竭力寻找最佳的平衡点，这也是一条没有终点的道路。苹果公司也不例外，也在需求两者的平衡。既不能因为开放带来的安全隐患就对开放之路因噎废食，但是同样也不应该容忍带有不法企图的各种破解版，最终让用户躺枪。当然，安全的事情并不是只由苹果公司来做，监管部门和安全公司，以及用户也义不容辞。但是如果真的，苹果也沦为下一个微软或安卓式的安全悖论，到时候是不是每个苹果设备都要先预装一个杀毒杀木马软件呢？苹果用户能接受吗？

如何解晶体?
第一次做出晶体,刚请朋友帮忙解出,但是拿着一堆文件,却不会分析,实验室也没有人会,急!请教大家:我应该如何读那些文件,acta crystallographica section&&E当中一系列数据,类似:data collection,Refinement 这类数据该怎样读.
这个。。。。。不是一两句话能说的清的啊啊，论坛上有很多书和资料下下来看吧;) 陈小明的《单晶结构分析》里第八章：晶体学信息文件、数据库与程序资源，对acta crystallographica section&&E当中一系列数据有详细的解释。论坛上有这本书，你可以下载了仔细看一下。 data collection,Refinement 就是指数据的收集和精修,自己读书可以明白一些,但最好还是有人指点一下会明白的比较快 看看cif文件，然后去网上check一下，后把相应的数据添上就OK了！也没什么难的！你又不用解，只要把各个指标找出来就行！ 我可以帮你分析，可以的话把.ins , .hkl 及.cif文件发到我邮箱

第一：要了解的就是cif文件， cif文件只是格式比较麻烦一些，他要在很短的篇幅中介绍您的结构，必定需要告诉：样品名称，分子式，对称性，元素种类，收集数据的条件，原子的三维坐标，热震动的大小，数据质量等等，这个呢可以去读一下陈小明老师的那本书，有一节专门讲了cif里各个条目的意思，如有不懂的可发帖向大家询问。
第二：目前解单晶软件最好用的并不是shelx系列的，但是shelx系列是最广泛的。初学者最好用带xshell版本的（软件网上很多地方都可以下载，当然我也可以“非法“提供给您）。由于衍射数据的信息无法直接读取，我们有必要将其含有的结构信息通过一定的软件还原并表达出来。比较通用的方法就是最小二乘法，最小二乘法的核心就是通俗的说法”逐步逼近“，这样就需要提供一个最初始得结构模型，本步骤可有shelx程序包中的xperp及xs来完成。xs出来的初始模型需要进一步的精修（逐步逼近）直到计算出来的模型和衍射数据所反映的理论模型相差很小时，结构也就修完了。接下来就要使用xshell了，该子程序可以自动读入您刚才的初始模型，根据您化学方面的知识判断模型是否正确，模型中原子的种类等等是否合理，再稍微确定出更准确的结构，refine（精修一下），再看看新出来的模型，是否还有原子没有确定（即将鬼峰q指认成合适的原子），多次上面的循环，我们的结构就越完美，一直修到出现的q峰接近1.0左右（有时会稍大）。但是在前面我们忽略了一个问题，就是原子包括化学键在非绝对零度都是有震动的，因此它的电子云就肯定不是球状，也就是说原子表现出来的是各项异性而非各向同性，那么只需加入anis命令（在xshell中只需在选项前面打个勾就可以了），在修几轮，这时结构就差不多了。多练习几次，遇到具体问题可以向大家请教。

大家在用电脑的时候都会出现这种情况！弹出一个runtime error对话框！然后桌面就没了！玩游戏也是一样，出现一个就悲剧了，那怎么办？小编告诉大家几种方法首先要解决他就必须了解他，那什么是runtime error错误呢？通俗点说run time error是一个计算机错误以信息栏的状态显示包含特定的错误代码以及相应的解释.一般来说发生前用户会感到电脑明显的缓慢. 当信息栏被关闭后程序一般会自动关闭或者失去响应,有时会导致电脑重启有多种情况会导致这些问题,包括：tsr程序(终止并驻留程序)之间的冲突、其他正在运行的程序（常见于扩展程序以及软件的其他附加程序例如google工具拦）、软件问题、内存问题、危险程序例如病毒解决步骤：1，终止问题进程。2，安装更新补丁升级到最新版本或者重新安装应用软件。3，一些软件发生冲突，例如360等杀毒软件的误报，游戏是安装游戏时候，可以先关闭安全软件。4，扫描病毒。5，重新安装操作系统。6，联系硬件厂商（中国用户可以忽略你懂的）。游戏出现的话解决方法有四个：游戏版这个不是游戏本身的问题，是的问题，是vista和win7的Msvcrt.dll 和 Msvcirt.dll 两个文件，如果是7.0的版本，将无法兼容游戏下图是运行库的问题下图可以用这方法&出现runtimeerror，一般问题都出在注册表，“运行―〉regedit”打开注册表，笨一点的方法就是按F3出入“runtime”，查找所有名为runtime的数值，然后一个一个删掉，但这样实在太多了，不停的删半个小时不一定能删完（我曾经被runtimeerror这个问题困扰了很久，这个笨办法用过，20分钟没删完），聪明一点的办法就是，缩小范围！一般错误会在哪呢？按我的经验，一般都在这里！HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run，在这里面搜runtime项，删掉，最多一分钟搞定！出现问题原因：出现runtimeerror的原因有很多，我至今还不清楚，我估计是一些垃圾软件、流氓软件强制安装到计算机里的缘故！造成的后果往往是这样的：电脑各个盘符右键单击，菜单最上面是&auto&而不是“打开”，还有就是QQ等软件出现错误，要求重启，这个时候你重装QQ也是没有用的，注册表出错必须先清理注册表。防范办法：建议大家安装一些反流氓软件，比如：金山毒霸、卡巴斯基、卫士360等等，从我使用的情况来看，卫士360值得推荐！一旦有程序写入注册表，他马上提示，并显示安装路径，这样再出现runtimeerror，你可以根据这个路径，去注册表找那些runtimeerror项，有的放矢了！大众版1，把系统升级到SP2（或者打net2.0 sp2补丁）2，装个xp系统3，从别的电脑或者找DLL下载早期版本的这两个文件覆盖掉（这个方法有风险，须谨慎）4，win7用户可以去微软官网进行在线hotfix（这个没试过，不知道可不可以，征求小白鼠）第二个方法一劳永逸，第三个方法必然成功但是有风险，sp2是我采取的，目前没问题。专业版下面代码太多可以用Ctrl+F查找对话框上显示的内容！常见错误以及错误代码5 Illegal function call Program error, verify the program has all the latest updates.
